WARRANTY INFORMATION
Obaku Harmony Watches have a 3 year International
Warranty. This covers all parts except battery, crystal (lens),
strap, crown, or bracelet.
For full details of the Guarantee see the enclosure
supplied with all watches.
DELIVERY INFO
Once your payment has been processed watches are generally
dispatched within 36 working hours. Please allow up to 7 days for
receipt of your watch. If there is going to be a delay in
dispatching your goods we shall contact you and give you the
opportunity to revise your order or cancel part of it.

RETURNS
Tabernus Ltd Guarantee
Standard Returns Procedure
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused
item(s) with all warranty papers receipt and original packaging etc,
in it's original condition within 7 days for a refund, postage and
packing not included.
It is understood that the customer is liable for postage costs in
both directions. Postage is included in all watch prices at a charge
of £6.50 per watch including VAT.
No exchanges
Due to the changing nature of our product range Tabernus Ltd cannot
accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for
another item, simply return the item to our distribution centre for
a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that
you want. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from receipt of your
return to process your refund.
Obtain RT #
You must CONTACT US to request an RT and return instructions. Returns
will not be accepted without an RT number or at our Colchester
address.
Crediting Your Returns
Tabernus Ltd will credit your credit card account once the items are
received. Although we have Tabernus Ltd customer service, please
allow 10-14 days for credit to be given. Every credit card has
different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 bills for your credit to
appear on your statement.
Returning A Gift
If you are returning a gift, we can either refund the credit card
that the purchaser used or we can issue you aTabernus Ltd gift
certificate for the amount of the purchase less the postage. Simply
specify how you want to handle your gift return when requesting an
RT Number and we will take care of the rest.
